License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement ("Agreement"), MoneyMouth Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the MoneyMouth Pro platform, boilerplate code, documentation, and associated materials (collectively, the "Software") for the development of your applications. Please also review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This license includes the right to:

  • Use the Software for commercial and non-commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the provided boilerplate code
  • Create derivative works based on the provided boilerplate
  • Deploy applications built using MoneyMouth Pro
  • Access updates and improvements to the Software (when available)

2. License Types and Restrictions

Individual License

An Individual License permits a single developer to use MoneyMouth Pro for personal and commercial projects. This license is tied to the purchaser.

Team License

A Team License permits multiple developers within the same organization to use MoneyMouth Pro. The number of permitted users is specified at the time of purchase.

Enterprise License

An Enterprise License provides unlimited users within the licensed organization and may include additional terms and support options as specified in a separate enterprise agreement.

3. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

  • Create unlimited applications using the MoneyMouth Pro boilerplate
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the code to meet your specific requirements
  • Use the Software for client projects and commercial applications
  • Deploy applications built with MoneyMouth Pro to any platform or service
  • Include MoneyMouth Pro code in your version control systems
  • Create backups of the Software for your own use
  • Use the Software indefinitely after purchase

4. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the MoneyMouth Pro Software
  • Creating competing products or services using MoneyMouth Pro code
  • Sharing your purchase or license with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling proprietary components
  • Removing or modifying copyright notices and proprietary markings
  • Using the Software to develop products that directly compete with MoneyMouth Pro
  • Making the Software available as a service or platform to third parties
  • Creating derivative products that could be considered boilerplate alternatives
  • Distributing the core framework or boilerplate structure as a standalone product

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

MoneyMouth Pro Ownership

MoneyMouth Pro retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

Your Applications

You own the applications you create using MoneyMouth Pro, including any custom code you write. However, any MoneyMouth Pro code incorporated into your applications remains subject to this license.

Third-Party Components

The Software may include third-party open source components. These components are governed by their respective licenses, which are included in the Software distribution.

6. Updates and Support

Software Updates

We may provide Software updates, bug fixes, and new features from time to time. While we strive to provide updates, we do not guarantee ongoing updates or support unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Support Services

Support services are provided on a best-effort basis. Support may include documentation, email support, and community access. Enterprise customers may receive additional support options as agreed upon in writing.

Version Compatibility

We strive to maintain backward compatibility but cannot guarantee that future updates will be compatible with all previous versions. Migration guides will be provided when breaking changes are introduced.

7. Purchase Terms

This license is granted upon completion of your one-time purchase of MoneyMouth Pro. Key terms include:

  • License is perpetual and does not expire
  • No recurring fees or subscription charges
  • Applications created using the Software remain yours indefinitely
  • Refunds are available as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • Future major version updates may require additional purchase

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may cease using the Software at any time. Your license will remain valid even if you stop using the Software.

Termination by MoneyMouth Pro

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms of this Agreement or our Terms of Service. In case of termination, you may be entitled to a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, you must cease all use of the Software. However, applications you have already deployed may continue to operate with the MoneyMouth Pro code they contain at the time of deployment.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MONEYMOUTH PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MoneyMouth Pro does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the Software at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MONEYMOUTH PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoneyMouth Pro and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, your applications, or your breach of this Agreement.

12. Export Compliance

The Software may be subject to export controls and economic sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the export, re-export, and transfer of the Software.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoneyMouth Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MoneyMouth Pro regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Modifications

MoneyMouth Pro reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or by email. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
