All sales of MoneyMouth Pro are final. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to our software and source code, we do not offer refunds except in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

By purchasing MoneyMouth Pro, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that you have reviewed the product description, features, and system requirements before making your purchase.

3. App Store Compliance Guarantee

We provide a guarantee that our boilerplate code complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. If your app is rejected from either store due to non-compliance issues directly related to our boilerplate code, we will provide a full refund.

Eligible for App Store Compliance Refund

  • App rejection specifically due to issues with our provided boilerplate code
  • App rejection due to policy violations present in the original, unmodified boilerplate
  • Technical issues in the boilerplate that prevent App Store compliance
  • Request made within 90 days of purchase with valid rejection documentation

Not Eligible for App Store Compliance Refund

  • App rejection due to modifications you made to the boilerplate
  • App rejection due to your custom content, features, or integrations
  • Rejection due to App Store policy changes after your purchase date
  • Rejection due to incomplete app submission or missing required information
  • Rejection due to violating store policies unrelated to the boilerplate code

4. Additional Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing MoneyMouth Pro
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Failure to deliver the product after successful payment
  • App Store compliance issues as outlined in Section 3

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the product after purchasing
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or License Agreement
  • Issues arising from misuse of the software
  • Refunds for third-party services or integrations
  • General dissatisfaction with the product
  • Lack of technical knowledge to implement the solution

5. How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Product Access

Upon processing a refund, your license to use MoneyMouth Pro will be terminated as outlined in our License Agreement.

If your refund request is denied and you disagree with our decision, you may:

8. Chargeback Policy
